A: Yes. After you select the size and quantity, click on “Start designing” and you’ll be able to upload or create your shipping label design.
Q: Can I see how the design will look before completing the order?
A: Yes, we offer a PDF proof feature that lets you see how your personalised mailing label will look when it’s printed. This lets you check for any errors before you complete your order. On the design page click the “Proof” button on the top menu.
Q: What do I do if there is a typo or a design error in my custom mailing label?
A: If your order isn’t exactly the way you created it, we will be more than glad to replace it. Just contact our customer care via phone, chat or email and we’ll make it right.
