To ensure your satisfaction, we have removed the black background from your logo, increase the size to take up the printable area and processed a free replacement order for the umbrella to arrive soon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. In the future, we kindly recommend that you remove the background logo from your logo to prevent the black rectangle from being printed on the products. We trust this will be helpful.
