Sadly the images on the cups aren't the same hight So many mistakes with this company

Great mugs. Quality control is terrible.

The mugs are great. The QA on them is terrible with a failure rate of 92% being deemed suitable enough to send anyway - I need to stress that again. Of the 12 we asked to have our logo printed on, only ONE passed inspection. Replacements have been offered however we are maintaining a one star review until the second batch arrive

I wanted to check this product out before we bought more. I was really happy with the quality. It's a shame they don't offer alternative colours to the lids.

they don't seem to know how to print on something shaped so unless your design is curved it is not going to be straight. They also don't look at the final picture before going out.
