Poor print quality, not a good replica of image

The mug itself is nice but the quality of the printing is appalling. There is no detail and it's all out of proportion, not to mention it doesn't "wrap around" like the icon suggests. These were supposed to be gifts with a pet portrait I drew for the owners of the pets; there is no way I can give these to them when the image is not recognizable as their pets. Will be requesting a refund. Wish I'd read other reviews before ordering as I am not the only one to have this issue

Absolutely rubbish design function

The logo is placed all wrong but it was impossible to see the position of the handle on the design function before buying. Rubbish


Out of proportion artwork and poor print quality

Artwork has been warped out of proportion considerably. As this was a one-off, 'cost effective' product, I wasn't expecting the best. But I would at least think that my artwork would have been treated with care. The print quality is also very poor; very grainy on the lighter tones and edges are fuzzy. I might have forgiven the print quality if my artwork was printed proportionately. I've been working as a graphic designer for over 10 years, so I can say with confidence that the issue is not with my set up. The preview before ordering all looked good, however the execution was absolutely terrible. Another slight fault, (again given the price point, could have been forgiven) is that the rim of the mug has a few dark marks on it. This was supposed to be a fun little present for my partner, however I feel as though it belongs in the bin.
