Photobook has a mistake and they wont correct and reprint it

My photobook has a mistake in it with regard to margins. This is Vista's error my design clearly has the border and the one received doesn't. I have never received a book with a mistake before. it might be due to the speed this one was churned out. The last one I had was poor quality and the colours and brightness were corrected and a new one sent out. There representative online says they won't do it. I am shocked that a company I have used for years has now been making more and more mistakes and refusing to correct them I am also waiting for another book which should have arrived on 25th September and is still outstanding. These books are not cheap and you should receive the quality promised and any mistakes should be amended and replaced.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment with the print of the photo book. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the order, we saw that it contains 2 different books. Please provide us with a description or image of the cover of the book that was affected. With regard to the photo book you have yet to received, we've done some checks, and it seems there may be some delay in the printing process. To resolve the issue quickly, we've placed a free reorder for another book that should be delivered to you soon. The order number will remain the same, and you may review the details in your order history.

Awful quality photos

I just had four photobooks printed with over 100 pages in each so exoensive and the quality of thr photo prints are very poor. I had a calender printed by vistaprint last year and the quality of this us much better. Very disappointed as each photobook was expensive.

There's an option to auto fill the books with your photos but I personally find it easier to do it all myself. It's quite good fun putting a book together. I stupidly didn't realise I was getting such a small one so be mindful of the size differences. This is not Vista Prints fault, the quality of their books are excellent too.

Great quality photobook for a family holiday album! We regularly get our photo books printed by vista print. The extra wait time of a few days more compared to other printers is worth it for the quality of the printing and binding. Colours are vivid, printing is sharp. We normally opt for the regular paper option, but this time we went for the upgraded photo paper - pics look very good on this, but a little more glossy if you want this look. The app for designing photo books offline is good for ease but I found it a little limited. Editing pictures for brightness or contrast or rotations in the app is not possible - a bit inconvenient especially if "balancing" multiple images on a single page. Or when discovering the horizon isn't horizontal on a single picture, and having to edit it offline. Great customer service at vistaprint when we found the original order had some postage damage. Shame that this could have been avoided with better packaging/padding as we have always received in the past but all was resolved quickly with the helpful customer service agent. Look forward to ordering more items (calendars and photo books mainly) in future.
