What are the size dimensions for each calendar option?

Accepted Answer

Our personalised wall calendars come in 3 sizes:

- A4: 20.3 x 28.7 cm
- Double A4: 29.7 x 42 cm
- A3: 29.7 x 42 cm

Please note that when you hang a double A4 calendar on the wall, you’ll see a 2-page spread, with the spiral binding in the middle.

For an A3 calendar, the design for each month will be displayed on a single page, with the spiral binding on top.

What is the design experience like? How can I customise my photo wall calendar?

Our recently improved online studio is designed to help make creating a personalised wall calendar simple and stress-free. You can choose newly updated designs and layout options that include assorted month grids and single or multi-photo designs. As you design, you can upload photos, choose from fun backgrounds, add custom text and more. If you need help or advice along the way, we have a team of design experts ready to help you.

Question 3

As I design my personalised wall calendar, can I add custom labels to dates that are special to me or my loved ones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As you design, you’ll have opportunities to add decoration to your design. We have a clipart collection you can add wherever you’d like. You’ll also be able to customise the special dates you want printed on your calendar — you can remove any or all of our recommended holidays, and you can label birthdays, anniversaries and more.

Question 4

How do I know what the best image size is to use on my calendar?

Accepted Answer

The higher the resolution, the sharper the image quality.
- An image with dpi less than 100 is low quality and won’t print well.
- An image with dpi between 100 and 140 is medium quality. 
- An image with dpi between 140 and 180 is high quality. 
- An image with a dpi equal to or greater than 180 is excellent quality. 
Note: The size of your calendar can impact the quality of your image. Check our size chart below to help you predict how your image may print.

Can I reorder a calendar with a design I created last year?

Accepted Answer

This year’s calendar will be a new project — you’ll need to create a new calendar using our improved design templates. We’re here to help if you have any questions or concerns about starting a new order.

Question 6

Can I use my uploaded images on other products?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use up to 13 of these images on other VistaPrint products. You can view these images in the 'My Uploads' section of your account.

Question 7

Do I have to start the calendar with January? Or can I make a back-to-school calendar, for example?

Accepted Answer

You’re free to start with whichever month you’d like. Once you’re in the design studio, tap on the small blue icon that says ‘edit your calendar dates here’. Then, select the ‘start date’ tab to edit the starting date and update your calendar.
