How does my free trial work?
During the free trial, you can design and publish a custom Cover Photo and custom Facebook pages. The free trial offer lasts for one month. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will have paid nothing and will owe nothing. To cancel, simply call us (freephone) on 0800 496 0350 or visit your dashboard for a self-cancellation option. The package fee will only be charged when the free trial offer period ends, and will be charged monthly to the credit or debit card used for your order.
Do I need an existing Facebook page for my business to get started?
Absolutely not! Our tools will help you set up a new page from scratch with Facebook. If you already have a Facebook page, our design tools will help you create a custom Cover Photo and Tabs that give your business a credible presence on Facebook.
Can I change my Cover Photo and Custom Tab designs after I start my Social Media Marketing subscription?
Yes! You have the option to select from hundreds of Custom Tab designs in our gallery to present a different look for your Facebook Page and you can update your Cover Photo at any time.
How do I promote my Facebook Page?
Once you’ve created a great-looking Facebook Page for your business, you’ll want to spread the word and attract more fans. A good idea is to include your Facebook Page details (e.g. www.facebook.com/yourbusiness) on your business cards and other marketing materials. It also helps to add a ‘Like Us’ link on your website. How do I edit my Facebook Page?
Editing a custom Facebook page is simple using Vistaprint Social Media Marketing. Once you checkout, you will be given a link to your Dashboard. This is where you will find your account information and resource centre, as well as tools to help manage and track your activity on Facebook. From the Dashboard, click on the "Edit Cover Photo" button to enter the Cover Designer, or the "Edit Custom Tab" button to enter the Custom Tab Editor.
Do I need Facebook design or HTML experience?
Absolutely not! Our Social Media Marketing tools were designed to make creating a Facebook presence a seamless process. You can add text, images and other content easily without any prior Facebook design experience.
What are the different parts of a Facebook Page?
Profile photo – this is the picture that Fans see next to your Business Name everywhere on Facebook. It’s the smaller square picture on the left hand side of the Facebook page.
Cover photo – this is the large picture at the top of your Page that covers the full width of the Timeline. Like your Profile photo, the Cover photo is public, which means anyone visiting your Timeline will be able to see it. Our tools make it easy to design a professional cover photo that matches your brand.
Tabs – tabs are accessed by clicking the square images below your cover photo. These tabs link to pages that are embedded within your Facebook page. You can customise your tabs to welcome your visitors, tell them about your business and showcase your products or services, or even connect your Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest feeds.
Timeline – sometimes referred to as your Profile Page, the Timeline is your collection of posts, photos, and stories that represent your brand and tell your story. By sharing and interacting with engaging content, you can develop your relationships with new and existing customers.
