When you place a new order with Vistaprint, the Shipping page will show you:
- Your saved delivery address(es)
- Your saved invoice address(es)
You can also make your access request in writing to Vistaprint B.V., Hudsonweg 8, 5928 LW Venlo, the Netherlands. Please include the following information with your request: your name, email address, postal address and telephone number(s) and what kind of additional information you wish to receive.

Yes, please contact us to delete the information we hold about you. We will close your account and erase your information from our systems. This is a permanent change that cannot be undone.
Please note that even when you ask us to delete your data, we may be required by law to keep certain information (for example, records of transactions or shipments) and we may still retain anonymous information about things like how customers interact with our website.
After we process your request, you will immediately lose access to the following:
- Your account
- Your account login and password
- Order history
- Products you have designed
- Uploaded images
You will not be able to edit or reorder any products. If you want to order any of our products again, you will have to create a new account and re-design them.
If you request to delete your information before you have received a recently placed order, your information will be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of your request.
Deactivate Your Account
Do this if you want to control how we use your information but do not want your account closed. If necessary, you can always contact us to re-activate your account.
If you would prefer to keep your account, but would like us to stop using your information for marketing purposes, you can opt-out from our emails or other channels. To opt-out of email marketing, follow these instructions. For all other opt-out requests, contact us.
Yes. Please contact us if you want to have to an image from your previous uploads deleted. We can also delete an ordered document. This will delete the thumbnail of the product from your order history. This is a permanent change that cannot be undone.
