Thank you for voicing your concerns with your recent orders. Our customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We would like to apologise for falling short of expectations. We have issued a refund (£35.78) for both the hat and the duffle bag as well as a replacement for the latter. The replacement and the original order for the bag didn't come through as expected due to the word “money” being very similar in shade and colour to the duffle bag fabric. We understand your frustration, so we would like to offer you a free design service with one of our graphic designers for the bag, and a replacement once it’s designed to your liking.
