We acknowledge your discontent, and we appreciate you contacting us, so we can assist in resolving the matter. Customer satisfaction is something we at VistaPrint take very seriously. As a result, we have processed a free replacement order for another set of 15 cooler bags and changed the stitching's color to red. An email confirmation will shortly be sent to you.
