Colour Matching failed, leaving it looking fairly amateurish

Giving 2* because the process and one side of the card is fine, but on the details side, we added our company logo and then colour-matched the background of the logo to the rest of the card. On the editor, it looked absolutely fine (it still does, having double checked), but on the delivered cards, there is a clear square of our logo colour and the rest of the background is a lighter shade. It looks fairly amateurish as a result.

Only 1 side printed...

Ordered some business cards with recto/verso printing and i received cards with only 1 side printed. The reverse is just plain white.
