1. The Banner remains the property of Vistaprint at all times. The Banner and associated code are licensed and made available to you solely for your limited use in accordance with these Terms of Use. The limited license granted herein extends solely to your use of the Banner and nothing herein constitutes a grant of any right or license to otherwise display or use the Vistaprint name, the Vistaprint logo, or any other Vistaprint trademark or property.


2. You may use the Banner only to provide an active link directly from your website to Vistaprint.


3. You may not modify the appearance of the Banner, alter the Banner code provided by Vistaprint, link from the Banner to any website or URL other than Vistaprint, or combine the Banner with any other design, graphic, illustration, logo or text.


4. You may display the Banner only on a web page that is yours and under your control and only in the exact form as it is provided to you by Vistaprint.


5. You may not display the Banner on any website which Vistaprint may deem, in its sole discretion, to be misleading, objectionable, in poor taste, or which disparages Vistaprint or any Vistaprint product or service.


6. You may not use the Banner in any manner that suggests that you, your website, or your products or services are affiliated with or endorsed by Vistaprint.


7. You may not use the Banner in any printed materials, electronic documents, or emails.


8. Your decision to use the Banner is entirely voluntary on your part and is made without any compensation or expectation of compensation from Vistaprint.


9. You agree that Vistaprint may, in its sole discretion, modify or revoke this license at any time, for any reason, and without notice. You agree to cease all use of and remove the Banner from all locations immediately upon revocation of this license.
