To ensure your satisfaction, we have edited and processed a free replacement order for the stamp. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. In the future, we recommend that you request a "preview" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We hope this helps.
