If you’re unable to receive your package on the first delivery attempt at the address you provided to Vistaprint, your driver will leave a UPS Info notice which can be used to specify where you want your package to be left (for example at the back door or at a neighbour's house).

If you agreed to receive SMS text notifications, UPS make it easy to know shipment status when you're on the go by sending you a text message with your shipment's latest status information. You’ll receive an update the day before your scheduled delivery date or if your shipment experiences a delay.
