Please be aware that the vibrancy and colors that you have seen on your computer are different from the ink that we are using for printing. The colors on the monitor are in RGB, whereas the ink we're using is in CMYK. Thus, the colors are more muted. After reviewing your account, we are glad to see that you interacted directly with a member of our customer service team, who took the necessary action to resolve the matter.
