I would not buy this product again

The print was not clear and extremely small compared to my design was the worst business card i have ever received instead of the print being solid white it was more of a grey blue colour. My clients wont even be able to read the print on the back of the card let alone contact me!

These business cards are amazing. Using better quality finish and card makes a real difference. Definitely worth paying the extra. I will only order this type of card in future as they look so much nicer and I think they look more professional

Excellent cards but be very carful with your designs

The card quality is excellent, although the manufacturing process could be improved to reduce the excess dust before packaging. HOWEVER, Be careful with your designs; the Spot UV needs a 'bleed' as it seals to the paper on all edges. This means that if you have an element going off the business card that you want to be Spot UV, this will peel straight off. This happened to me. However, Vista Print was top-notch at putting the problem right and sending out a replacement order the very same day I got and noticed the defect on the cards. Within a minute of requesting a call back through the website, A customer service agent called Syrine was on the phone and made sure I didn't need to do anything; she sorted it all from her side after receiving photos of the defective cards. Syrine was professional and polite all the way through the call and had a genuine interest in our business. We chatted away while she organised a replacement order. Outstanding Customer service from Vista Print!
