Really nice-looking poster, but black wasn't black enough.

Poster looked stunning, but your black isn't black enough. There was a difference between the black background in my design and the standard black in the company's design (which was used to fill in the background behind my design).

Thank you for your review of the poster. We regret to hear the black background of the poster didn't turn out as expected. After examining the document, we noticed the image that was uploaded had a black background which didn't match the black background for the poster template that was selected. To ensure your satisfaction, we have removed the black background from the uploaded image, then process a free replacement order to arrive soon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. In the future, we recommend removing any background color on your image before or after uploading it as no two black will be the same shade if there are created in different design platforms. We trust this will be helpful.

I bought a custom print of a relatively low pixel image for an A2 print. I am extremely surprised and impressed with both the quality of the print itself, as well as the quality of the materials and ink involved. Absolutely fantastic service for high-quality printing. Pretty well-priced and timely in-comparison to similar services in the UK, and especially so for abroad.

The quality even this stated on there website was one other their better option was poor quality, when fitting the image on the website it fit perfectly but for some reason they made the poster larger and then cropped my logo out of it, I had these for a tattoo convention and I would never use this company again. poor quality and dissapointed no one contacted me knowing that this wouldn't be up to standard.

My posters looked great - I would say that I designed them - but they were and expensive too. I was able to add them to frames and have given two of them to charity for a raffle and keep two for myself. I will be using Vista Print again for any of my poster printing. I recommend them. Great work
