After examining the document, we noticed the image that was uploaded had a black background which didn't match the black background for the poster template that was selected. To ensure your satisfaction, we have removed the black background from the uploaded image, then process a free replacement order to arrive soon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. In the future, we recommend removing any background color on your image before or after uploading it as no two black will be the same shade if there are created in different design platforms.
